As I was thinking about life today and how fragile it can be, I came across this quote I thought I would share. It is something to ponder and mull around your head & heart a bit to let the thought settle in and come to life. I hope you day ahead is open to the many possibilities you can run right into and enjoy with gusto!
Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is bliss, taste it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.
Mother Teresa
Saturday was a great success, a success in the sense that I met so many people and was able to encourage so many to open their eyes to repurposing and living more simply! I was able to enjoy seeing smiling faces and festive hearts as shoppers were thinking of the holiday season and finding gifts for others. It was just a terrific day to spend with my wonderful husband as well...I think of all of this as a huge success! Money was nice as well, but really, really, money was the least of the reward of the day! I am actually able to do something I thoroughly enjoy- this is the true reward!
I think the biggest sellers saturday were bubble bath and the marbles & bath salts for soaking. I will put some pics up as I can, if you wish to order some yourself please drop me a comment or send me and email or give me a call :o)
